around the town: Korean produce farm

There is a place I like to head to every now and then. It's the place to get the freshest most juiciest strawberries.

It's off the beaten path but it's worth the stop if you are driving in Southern California on the 60 freeway. It's in Moreno Valley and the best place to exit is Riverside Blvd.
Take Riverside Blvd North one block until you get to Ironwood, then turn West.
In just half a block you will start to see fields of green, then a small grove of trees on your Left.

When the "Fresh Strawberries" sign greets you, you have arrived.

This last time I went, I picked up a huge plastic grocery bag full of fresh Korean Spinach for $4.
Throughout the year there is different selection of organic, fresh produce available.
If you are driving between Arizona and California beaches or Disneyland, then you most likely didn't even know this place existed.
Even if you are local to Riverside area, this is a hidden gem. Or as Huell Howser would say "California's Gold".
